Founded in 2025, the firm is young by design — built so that every client works directly with a principal engineer who brings over seven years of civil engineering experience to each project.
That experience spans private land development, public infrastructure design, and years spent performing development review on behalf of area municipalities. It means your plans aren't just drawn to code — they're prepared by someone who has sat on the reviewer's side of the desk and knows how to move a project through approval without surprises.

Hector Hinostroza
Principal Engineer & Founder
Hector founded HSH Engineering in San Antonio in 2025 with over seven years of civil engineering experience. He started on the engineering side of subdivision plats — from residential subdivisions to single-lot developments — then spent three years on public works design teams for the City of San Antonio and surrounding municipalities, contributing to roadway, sidewalk, and trail projects including the Bulverde Road Phase 2 bond project, the Huebner Creek Greenway Trail Extension, and the Zarzamora Creek Trail Extension, in coordination with TxDOT and the San Antonio River Authority.
